Streetly is a residential area in Sutton Coldfield approximately 7.5 miles north of Birmingham City Centre.
Streetly kung-fu; We deliver Wing Chun Dynamics and Iron Shirt Chi Kung training sessions at the Centre for Personal Resilience.
Training sessions are primarily held in our full-time studio in Streetly though we are also pleased to offer on-site personal training programmes should that be more suited to your requirements.
While the studio keeps regular opening hours, sessions outside of ‘normal office hours’ can be arranged by prior appointment.
Established over thirty years ago, Wing Chun Dynamics takes the fundamental principles of traditional Wing Chun Kung-fu and incorporates Shaolin energy training to create an effective self-defence system for Our unique training methods are tailored to build a programme suitable for your individual needs, abilities and training goals.
Iron Shirt Chi Kung sessions help to cultivate, manage and maintain the body’s chi. Using techniques that originate from the ancient temples of Shaolin, we can help you train your energies and master a positive attitude in an increasingly negative world.

With over 20 years in the martial arts not only do we teach self-defence and conflict management skills through the Wing Chun Dynamics system but we also use our unique skills to aid clients with personal resilience, mental strength & well-being, stress management and mental focus.
